- All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
- Please double-check sizes and customization details before placing your order.
- Processing time is typically 3–5 business days, not including shipping time.
- Made X Ava is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
- Custom orders may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of each piece.
- Prices, policies, and product availability may change at any time without notice.

Return and Refund Policy
At Made x Ava, each bracelet is made with love and care. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, I'm happy to help!
Returns: Due to the handmade and custom nature of my products, I do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if there's a problem with your order.
Refunds: If your item is eligible for a refund due to damage or a mistake on my end:
•Email me at madexava@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the issue is confirmed.
• Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges: I do not offer exchanges at this time, but please reach out if you have concerns or need help with sizing before you order.
